In short
This website sets no cookies, does not measure visits and shows no advertising. The designer needs no account.
Running the website
The website runs on a server in Switzerland and is delivered through the Cloudflare network. Technically necessary data is processed (IP address, time, requested address, browser details) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may also process data in the USA.
Brace designer
The designer runs entirely in your browser. The design is stored in the design code and in the link, not on our server.
A photo you add in the designer never leaves your device. It is only contained in the picture you save or share yourself.
Motif workshop
If you describe your own motif, the description is sent to OpenAI's image service, which creates a sticker from it. Data may be processed in the USA. Please do not enter names or personal details.
We store the finished motif under a random identifier for 90 days so that the link to the design can show it. We do not store the description.
Chat assistant
Questions in the chat are sent to OpenAI to be answered; if that service fails, to a language model run by our web service provider. We do not store the chat history. To prevent abuse, your IP address is counted briefly in memory. Please do not enter health or personal data.
Pre-registration
Our web service provider sends the details of the pre-registration to our email address through the email service Resend; the website does not store them. Sending runs on servers in the EU (Ireland). Resend is a company based in the USA, so processing there cannot be ruled out. Please give only initials for patients. To prevent abuse, your IP address is briefly counted in memory.
We use the details to process your order.
Enquiries via an email link open your own email program. We use what you send us to process your enquiry.
Links
Links to Google Maps, Instagram and Swiss Dental Laboratories lead to their sites, where their privacy policies apply. Nothing is loaded beforehand.
